The style at Fraser Gallop errs toward earlier picks, although the 14% alcohol on the label coupled with the ripe fruit in the mouth suggests that, in this cool year, picking was "when ripe." This is a delicious wine that routinely offers brilliant value-for-money drinking and a very elegant Cabernet experience."
