Marking a quarter-century of excellence in viticulture and winemaking, this exclusive Cabernet Sauvignon from Fraser Gallop Estate is a one-off, small-batch release, with only 500 bottles produced to honour the estate’s distinguished legacy since its founding in 1999.

Made from entirely with Cabernet Sauvignon, the fruit was meticulously selected from the finest rows in the estate’s Cabernet Sauvignon block located in the renowned Wilyabrup region, harvested during the exceptional 2022 vintage. The wine was aged in a carefully balanced combination of large puncheons and smaller barriques, with only the most exceptional barrels selected by our winemakers to ensure a wine that elegantly expresses the unique complexity and character of Fraser Gallop Estate’s terroir.

The aroma is captivating, truly reflecting our vineyard with notes of dark, brambly berries, plum, violets, and ironstone, complemented by savory hints of dried tomato, fennel seed, and baking spices. The palate is seamless, displaying elegance and balance, highlighting the vineyard’s exceptional quality. The plush, chamois-like tannins and dark fruit notes are enhanced by a touch of earthiness, with nougat oak gracefully completing the finish
