2021 Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose is fresh and perfumed, giving aromas of blackcurrants, orange rind, potpourri and dried herbs. The medium- to full-bodied palate has finely integrated tannins and bright acidity, showing notes of redcurrants, licorice, wild blackberries and ferric earth. 2020 Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon

A fuller structured palate where elegance is still the dominant theme with some jubyness yet also feels dry and dusty. Ripe mulberry and blueberries are the predominant flavour with baking spice fine-grained graphite tannins and a long pencilly finish.
