A medium to full-bodied expression of Cabernet Sauvignon with vibrant colour and crimson hue. The nose is very Bordeaux like in the way it is not overtly fruity and more savoury.  Descriptions that come to mind are herbal perfume, blackberry, tobacco, seaweed, bay leaf, chocolate and spice. The palate has a smooth graphite feel but chalky as well. The concentrated juicy black and red fruits are nicely framed by cedar and vanillin oak. There is a gummy chewy finish that goes forever.
