An intensely inky coloured wine that is medium-bodied in style with attractive dark cherry, mulberry, blackcurrant fragrance and trademark Margaret River Cabernet scents of dried nori, bay leaf and gum leaf. Structure and finesse are it’s main features with choc- cherry flavours marrying in with the chocolate and spice oak. Lovely chalky skinsy tannin closes out the wine finishing clean and long.
