An elegant medium-weighted Cabernet Sauvignon blend with ruby red colour and dark red rim. Aromas of mulberry, blackcurrant and cranberry with hints of bay leaf and dried sage. This wine has lovely poise and balance with structure and finesse its calling cards. The alcohol level is less apparent than previous vintages of Fraser Gallop Cabernet and it is not overtly fruity or sweet finishing clean and long. Eminently drinkable but also will improve with careful cellaring.
